Needs List for Spring Caravan '06

• Building materials. Lumber!, fencing, 10 roofing papers and roofing materials, tar paper, nails, screws, etc.

• Drivers from the Bay Area! There is a work crew prepared to go to Black Mesa but need a ride. Contact BMIS blackmesais@riseup.net
  
  
• Anyone with a willingness to work! Also anyone skilled in carpentry, permaculture, vehicular repairs, bodyworkers, electrical, etc.
  
  
• Food for a gathering the people on the land are having simultaneously with the caravan: produce/breads/coffee and others like
  pastas.
  

• Organic seeds for high desert altitude.

• Transportation. Vehicles that are able to drive on rough terrain. Trucks are the best but not necessary.

• Water barrels, fittings, pumps.

• Solar panels, generators, wind turbines.

• Funds for building materials.

• Tools. Most or all families have some working tools but ideally each vehicle should bring:
  -a shovel or two.
  -For home repairs per vehicle: two hammers, hand saws, couple of boxes of screws/nails/chalking would be appropriate.

• Portable generators chain saw, work gloves.

• Portable stove / propane tanks, large pots to use during the caravan.
